Just for You - Private Sessions
All Ages
Fees - $100/two-hour session
For those clients who prefer individual and private one-on-one
session to match their needs, goals, and outcomes.

You, Plus a Few - Semi-Private Sessions
All Ages
Fees - $50 per person/two-hour session

Semi-private EAL sessions are custom-designed for small

groups' goals and outcomes.

Flex and Flow Intro - Discovery Session
​All Ages
Fees - $25
​Flex & Flow Intro is a gentle, one-time, 30‑minute discovery
session where you’ll get to meet the horses, explore the space,
and experience Equine Arts’ co‑creative approach to learning.
Designed for children, teens, and adults, this one-time-only try-it session offers a low‑pressure way to sense whether our flexible, horse‑guided style is a good fit for you!  

 

 

 

 

EQuest Discoveries - Curricular Programs
School, Community, and Social Service Agencies - maximum eight participants
Fees- $125 per participant/four-hour session or portion thereof at an hourly rate of $31.25 per participant
6, 8, and 12-week curricular options
Weekdays- Spring, Summer, and Fall 

Individually designed EFW/EAL building block programs for your social service agency, community group, or school.

 

Designed specifically to meet your learning objectives and goals. Delivered to facilitate optimal learning for all participants in a relaxed forested farm setting.  Creating opportunities for learning in all domains - grounding, problem-solving, reasoning, self-regulation, planning, future forecasting, collaboration/coordinating efforts toward a common goal, all while forming deep emotional connections along the way. 

The Mane Meaning - Retreats and Workshops
​Youth and Adults 
Fees- starting at $50 per participant/two-hour sessions
4 participants maximum
Custom design an Equine Arts Retreat/Workshop to suit
your group's goals and enjoyment in mind.

Work through unfamiliar situations and exercises with a calm, supportive team of equine teachers.

Explore Equine Wellness/Learning with your staff, friends, or family.  Develop a greater understanding of yourself, practice new skills, and discover why horses make great teachers!  Additional hours can be added at $25 per hour/per participant, and further add-ons can be included- guided meditations, artwork experiences, and movement activities with additional fees for time and materials costs.  Begin a consultative process and build your custom Equine Wellness Retreat and Workshop.  Ground yourself in wellbeing!

What's to expect and what is included:
Sessions include time to complete liability waivers and the Compassion Code of Conduct.  You will receive a comprehensive safety briefing and be provided with a sterilized SEI-certified Troxel helmet.  Should Equine Arts request the use of images, you will be asked for your express permission and will be asked to complete a FOIPPA release.  All forms will be held in secure filing and can be used for future visits.  New liability waivers will need to be completed every February.
Barriers to Service
​Equine Arts recognizes barriers to, and their effects on the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)*.  SDOH includes economic stability, access to and quality of education, access to and quality of health care, neighbourhood and built environments, and social and community context that may prevent access to services.  Reach out to discuss options at sherry@equinearts.ca
