What's to expect and what is included:
Forms can be provided by email ahead of your session, or you can attend 20 minutes early to allow time to complete them. You will receive a comprehensive safety briefing and a sanitized SEI-certified Troxel helmet. Should Equine Arts request the use of images, you will be asked for your express permission and will be asked to complete a FOIPPA release. All forms will be held in secure filing and can be used for future visits. New liability waivers will need to be completed every February.
Barriers to Service:
Equine Arts recognizes barriers to, and their effects on the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)*. SDOH includes economic stability, access to and quality of education, access to and quality of health care, neighbourhood and built environments, and social and community context that may prevent access to services. Reach out to discuss options at sherry@equinearts.ca.
