Equine Arts is located in a beautiful forested quarter-section (153 acres) 9km from West Lake Provincial Park, twenty minutes SW from the College Heights area of Prince George, BC on the unceded ancestral lands of the L'heidli Tenneh.  The property, logged 30 years ago, has regrown in dense splendor and is home to a wide array of animal and bird species. It is particularly diverse due to its abundant verdant wetlands. A few minutes down the road is the  Fraser Canyon Trail, a lovely hike, especially in the fall. The location and views lend well to the quiet, introspective process of learning from and around horses.  There are ample places to sit, reflect, and take in the views, spend time with the furry creatures that call Equine Arts home, birdwatch, walk forested trails spotting animals, or look for shapes in the clouds.  There are a variety of ways to enjoy the area around Nadsilnich (West Lake)!
